"content": "\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n东京23区新建住宅楼的平均价格降至1亿474万日元同比下降9%\n\n\n\n  \n  日本不动产经济研究所2月19日公布的数据显示1月东京圈东京都、神奈川县、埼玉县、千叶县新建住宅楼的房屋发售量为620套比上年同期减少44%。以东京都内为中心供应减少作为1月数据创出约50年来新低。每套房的平均价格下跌8%降至7343万日元约合人民币354.18万元时隔1个月再次下跌。 \n      \n  按地区观察供应套数东京23区减少59%东京都整体减少70%下降明显。神奈川县减少12%千叶县减少54%。除埼玉县外,各地区均有所减少。\n     \n  东京23区的平均价格为1亿474万日元约合人民币505.20万元虽然下降9%但连续9个月超过1亿日元。东京23区以外的其他地区上涨43%涨至7559万日元约合人民币364.61万元)。不动产经济研究所的首席主任研究员松田忠司表示,“郊区的价格尤其难以下降”。\n     \n  从显示新建住宅楼销售情况的首月签约率来看东京圈整体为58.5%低于70%的荣枯线。不动产经济研究所预测称2月的销售套数将达到2000套左右同比增长约50%。\n     \n\n版权声明日本经济新闻社版权所有未经授权不得转载或部分复制违者必究。",
